Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Arvion Network account and associated data at any time, either from within the app or by contacting our support team.
Delete From the App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Arvion Network app:
- Open the Arvion Network app and go to Settings.
- Tap Account, then Delete Account.
- Confirm your password when prompted.
- Select a reason for leaving (optional) and tap Permanently Delete.
Deletion is permanent. Once confirmed, your profile, messages, and posts cannot be recovered.
Delete by Email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by emailing support@arvionnetwork.com from the address associated with your account.
- Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
- Include your username or the email tied to your account
- We’ll verify your identity and confirm once deletion is complete, typically within 7 business days
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove:
- Your profile, username, and account settings
- Posts, comments, and messages you’ve sent
- Your connections, communities, and activity history
Data We May Retain
We may retain limited information after deletion where required to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or as necessary for safety and fraud-prevention purposes — for example, records related to violations of our Child Safety Standards.
Backups that contain your data are cleared on a rolling schedule and are not used to restore an account you’ve chosen to delete.
